Attempted to order a trial size of product, entered all my information then the Web site stated "try again" however, product did arrive. I used the product for 3 days morning and night and found it was not what I hoped it would be so I wrote to the company to stop the bill and let me know what to do with the product. The package only gave a one line statement on their brochure to "ship unopened package" to a PO Box.
Since I had used the product I sent a letter because their office hours were closed when I come home from work. The company billed me and still has not responded to my request, I have left a message on their phone which may or may not be responded to. How does this company ethically continue and what recourse is there for the people who fell for this "trial offer"
