We contracted, or thought me did for a modular home for $176,000.00.instead we received a manufactured home from Crest worth $60,000.

Our mortgaged closing August 31, through Well's Fargo in Eau Claire, appraised our home at $168,500.00. The house is actually worth $115,000.00

The house was not completed on closing day, but were told don't worry about; just a few things. Now after 15 months, basically both Bergh and Crest have said too bad.

The income amount we reported to Bergh was changed to show more income. No, I know we were stupid to sign without reading all the papers, but we were really upset that the house was a mess. The drapes and carpet were not what we wanted, Bergh changed drapes, carpeting and flooring to standard after we requested upgrades. The carpet is fraying, matted, and seams are running through it. It's just my husband and I. When vacuumed, it fills up the dirt cup with fibers.

In March, 08 Crest sent man to home to fix some of the problems; then again in April, 08. I have a signed document from Crest's repairman stating 5 bays, 11 big bags of mold were removed.

Last month the ceiling stated to crack in same place. Crest sent representative to look in the attic space and make sure it wasn't leaking again. Bergh had not removed the shipping plastic, so water was accumulating and leaking down.

Bergh told us they are no longer responsible, it's on Crest. Today, Crest told me it's not them. Who do I see about getting my home fixed! Thank you.
