Don't use the corporation! Terrible customer support! I bought a bassinet out of this organization through Amazon earlier this season also it was remembered from the government in July because of child deaths. The maker of the merchandise isn't any longer running a business therefore the government named on people who offered the merchandise to return customers. Several bigger businesses are, i.E. Goal, Walmart, JC Penny, but Happy Moms declined to provide a reimbursement and mentioned 'we did not create it, so we're not liable.' They explained I had been not entitled to a return since it was more than thirty days, but this can be a recognition not really a return! The client support representative actually suggested that the several baby fatalities wasn't a large package! I had been informed there is nothing they might do, which another businesses should have a cope with the maker (who's out-of company) and that's why they're providing discounts. I believe it's simply because they possess a moral compass and treatment more about customer support than cash. The next time I'll opt for Goal. I'd need one to prevent the corporation when possible.
