We got a quote from Pennington gas company for our propane tank. We got our contract with one price and then got charged almost double what that price was.instead of them explaining the different plans to us they just happily took our money as we signed a contract.
When I called to talk to them about it I got Mary the office manager in Fenton, Michigan. She was so rude and laughing on the phone being sarcastic with me. When you are on a certain delivery route they will come to your house sometimes twice a week and fill up your tank which of course you have to pay for within 10 days!
I don't know how they stay in business with their terrible customer service and extremely high prices. I even called the owner of Pennington and he did nothing about it. We are very happy with our new propane company, they are a business that has been around Brighton, Michigan for a long time and have just started propane. I can guarantee that their prices are lower than anyone else around and they have terrific customer service!
