I bought a heat mat... Handles did not function, some kind of 'short' inside it. Required it back... Minute one, same thing... Next one, SAME TASK, next one, last one went within the garbage! Them all inside a 5-month time. Approached them by email. They did not wish to accomplish something about this (obviously) by saying I possibly "abused" the merchandise... Just how can an individual do this when it generally does not work from day-one? Subsequently, they needed me to deliver a twenty-dollar item for them AT MY COST to get a FAULTY PRODUCT! No method... Today I begin to see the wrappers within the shops possess the same container, same images, but there's a little small starburst that claims, "NEW"... Well, Clearly they understood of the issue and did nothing about this just like a recognition or something along these collections. Their item is garbage... Do not spend your cash! Our knowledge, my estimation.
