Warning! Very Unprofessional, amateurish, poor communications, disorganized, sub standard service not worthy of $399.99 fee!

We were promised much, and top notch pro service to help promote my band's music, create a "professional bio and press kit", and more, but once we paid the $399.99 membership fee, communications, and over all service went down the tubes!
Getting answers from their reps is like pulling teeth, and I had to leave angry, threatening phone messages to get them to actually call me back, and STILL, they fell short of coming through in a timely manner and their reps also had poor (or I should say NO) communications between their own reps!
I takes them way too long to get anything done, and when a particular service was finally completed, it was poorly done, sub standard (ie: I had a pro proof reader check the bio, and he trashed their grammar, phrasing, spelling, and noted their amateurish work).
I had sent Hitt Music 3 of our cd albums, two of which were to be mailed by them with a cover letter to 2 BBC Radio 1 DJ contacts I gave them from when we joined with Hitt. Those Cd's were lost somewhere at Hitt for 3 weeks, and after many aggrevating phone calls to them, and one rep passing the buck to the other, I was finally told that they mailed the two cd's to the BBC, and that the rep was about to send a follow up letters to the BBC DJ's regarding our submitted cd's and airplay.
The rep asked me yet again or the BBC address which I gave them twice before which shows their lack or organization skills, and it took a few calls and emails before the rep finally sent me a copy of his follow up BBC letter.
His letter starts off, and continues through the body focusing on Hitt Music and their TOP, signed artists, and my band was only briefly mentioned at the end of the letter as an after thought! This was MY contacts that I gave them to plug for MY BAND first and foremost!
We are unhappy with ALL their so called services, and poor business ethics, and inexperienced reps! Our money was wasted on this company for certain!
I have also reported them to the BBB just today.
We are in our rights to receive a full refund from Hitt Music!
