Process at home was a popup that distracted me... Before I realized what I was subscribing to I had my credit card in hand... I am looking for supplemental income & thought I had done my homework... Boy was I WRONG!!!
I called my bank & tried to stop the payment but it was already in cyberspace payment land... I immediately called the 8003817820 number & Kim, the rebate rep, gave me a cancellation number since the $197. Hadn't actually been received yet.
I called the bank & they said if I could get a fax stating the cancellation then the stop payment could be speeded up. Of course, Mark, the rebate rep, couldn't compute what I was saying.
Hopefully they will honor their cancellation policy but... I 'm feeling like I have learned an expensive lesson what I need the money the most... Lord, help me.
