Company debits your credit card then never mails the merchandise

I made an order with them over a month ago for $113.98 they debited my credit card and never mailed the merchandise. I have tried to contact them on three seperate occassions by email and they have not responded to any emails. So today I decided to call them and I looked up their website and they have no phone numbers for their company listed. I cant call and they dont respond to emails, but they debited my account... Fraud fraud fraud!
