Let me say first that I did work for a rent a center store like 5 years ago, and I will never do business with them. They do not care about the items they give you. Alot of this stuff is broken and doesnt have all of the stuff with it etc..
That said, I do have a sister that has bought a lot of stuff from them. She recently took a civil service job overseas because it pays tax free and shes single, so she took it. She called rent a center like 10 days before she left and told them to come and get her tv. They kept telling her they would be there, but they never came. Well shes gone now, and I don't know what happened to the tv. Her landlord prob has it.
My problem is, they keep calling me and saying that they know I can get in touch her, so i need to just get the tv back.
I cussed those sob's out and told them that they will have to wait a year for her to come back. But they keep calling. I found tags on my doorhandles at home with messages written where the date and time were supposed to be.
The notes say "tell your sister she owes us $800" and "we will call the police" I don't know where these people think they are, but they were in MY yard, and on MY porch, and I will say, if my husband is ever home when they come, they will be leaving with alot of bruises. I own my tv, and I dont need any rent a center junk
