I ordered two "Crafty U" books by Rosie O'Donnell on HSN.com. As usual, their internet site was not working properly so I had to call. The CS person told me that she would enter the information because I was unable to complete the order as the site would not accept the correct information. The CS Rep (who was very nice) also had problems entering my account. She ordered the products for me but at the same time it was ordered again on the Internet site. When I found that I was charged for 4 books plus S&H, a total of approx! 00.00, I again called HSN. I was then told by another Rep that since they order directly through the book company, they would need to contact them and I would be sent a prepaid return label in a few days. Over a week later, I received four generic letters stating that I would be charged for the returns. Then I made my third call to HSN and was told that, yes I needed to pay for the return postage when returning the items and then I could REQUEST a refund and that request would be evaluated. HSN is forcing me to jump through hoops because of their faulty web site. Who wants to buy through them when QVC is so much more professional. Order in person. Never use their website as the Reps hands are tied by HSN's questionable business practice. It will always be your problem even if they acknowledge their mistake.
