The web-based company www.askcs.net is a major ripoff. I have never used my cc for online use and yet this company that no one can find info. On has debited my account 3 times totalling 120.00. I have even tried contacting the bbb, they cannot help me because I don't have an address for this company.
My cc company can't even find away to contact them to resolve a dispute that has been going on since August.
The phone number given for customer support, during business hours, can't be reached due to high call volume, after hours, again no help, they say to leave a voice msg. The voice mail box is ALWAYS full.
The email address given there is no response from them.
What rights does an honest consumer have that doesn't use the internet for purchases, that works hard, but yet has a company that cannot be traced but can take hard earned money and my hands are tied.
If anyone sees the company askcs.net being used as a web based payment method for any transactions DO NOT complete the transaction.
As I said I do not use this card online they fraudgilently acquired my information have taken 120.00 from me and at this point I am at a loss.
