Constantly cancelling courses at the last minute without refund

I registered for a course with empire medical. About 2 days before the course, it was cancelled for absolutely no reason. They are really helpful until they get your money and then you can never reach them. I have asked several times for a refund. I keep leaving messages and none get returned. Not to mention this was the second time in a row they cancelled the same course. The 1st reason was for rain and the 2nd reason was the instructor was sick. I find that hard to believe.

Shame on this company for their constant ignorance. How do they stay in business when they treat their customers like this?
