Www.justbicycles.com shipped me the wrong bike, refused to provide me any form of receipt for my purchase. If I return a $154.95 bicycle, it will cost me $40 to have had them ship me the wrong bike, $40 cost for me to ship it back, and then a 20% "restocking fee". So I would have been out of pocket $110.99 for a bicycle I did not order. Numerous emails and voicemails have gone unanswered.By far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had online. Please be sure to read there return page before ordering and realize you will be culpable for any wrongdoing on their end.
