Never sent product, blamed Post Office, ignored emails

On June 23, I ordered a James Dean mug set from ladyofthelake.com. I was told to wait 6-8 weeks for the merchandise. 7 weeks later, no product, so I contacted [email protected]. No response for 10 days.

Finally Marc claimed the merchandise had already been sent, and this was the first he'd heard of it, so tough luck for me.

If the site says "6-8 weeks", why would I contact you before 6-8 weeks? Of course it was the first you've heard of it. Nice attitude. Marc claimed he'd investigate this with the Post Office, but since that empty promise I've heard nothing... My emails aren't answered, and I guess I'm out $48.90 forever.

It's been more than 60 days, so my bank won't give me my money back. Lady of the Lake just got my $50 for no services or merchandise.

Don't buy from Lady of the Lake!
