I purchased two internet search terms on 8/15/08. At this time I was guaranteed 10,000 "hits" on each search term. As of today 9/25/08, I have gotten supposedly 3140 hits. Because there was not one click through, I started studying the IP addresses and found many of them to be the same. As of today, I have not received one lead or referral from all those hits.
After searching Google, I found that there are many others who have had the same problem even after 6 months or more. This appears to be false advertising as they are not providing unique hits to their customers and noone is getting anyone actually visiting their sites. I asked my splash page administrator to check and he assured me that there were no impressions to my site referred by Dotless Domain.
I received an instruction CD with my welcome package but it did not work. I called the company numbers and received no answers.
It is my belief that something needs to be done about this company. I have contacted support and received no response after one week.
