I signed up for lots of events in Boston MA. When I signed up I was told that there were events in my area and that they had no cost or a nominal fee. ALL of the events are 20 miles or more from me and ALL events worth going to have a fee. When I found this to out, I contacted the Boston address and said I wanted to cancel my membership. I was given the run around by Nancy O'toole for about two weeks. I finally got in touch with the Florida office and they gave me the run around for another two weeks. All my calls were ignored as well as my e-mails. I finally got a call from "Laurie" a month later, who said all charges would be stopped and she'd "find out " about my refund. They are still charging me and no refund! Or call's for that matter. This has been going on since August. They are new to the Boston area and anyone on the North Shore should be wary! The calender was not made available to me so I only had Nancy's word. This is not a cheap service and once they start the monthly fee you are STUCK!
