Horrible Customer Service, Shitty Products

I placed an order for a 8x8 photobook from Artscow.com. I was quite disappointed with the product and attempted to resolve the issues with the company directly. The following is the details of the problems: Front Cover - First, the photo (not the page) is not centered or aligned. It is crooked (it leans to the right).
Stitching/Binding-This is not as tight and quality as Artscow claims that it is.

It looks as if it would/could fall apart with only 10-20 openings of the book. Markings - Throughout the book there are a few of these random markings on the page. Blurry - As a professional photographer, I am aware of the technical specifics required to produce a quality print. All photos were of the correct specifications upon uploading.

On one page there is 5 images, 2 of the images are the exact same image. The middle photograph on this page is the one that is blurry. It is the EXACT same photo as the one on the top left. The middle photo shouldn't be blurry for any reason. Color Distortion - Several photos have distorted colors which are not the result of monitor calibration errors or similar. They are distorted to the point of making the faces in the photos unrecognizable.

On a few of the photos in the book there are spots that look like fingerprints on glass. Glue - On the back cover there are a few places that have glue. Needless to say, I am not thrilled with the way this book turned out.

*Note, all the photos in the book have been printed on quality paper to at least 4x6. Several have been printed to larger sizes. None of the photos in the book, when printed elsewhere, have had the same problems.

* Lastly, on the outside of the package was a Customs Declaration form (the company is actually located in Hong Kong). The Customs Declaration Form claims that this item was a gift which I do believe is against customs regulations given the fact that it was NOT a gift and was something that I purchased.

To Top it off, they require you to send photos of the destroyed product in order to issue a refund.
