To whom it may concern:
On my phone bill someone from a company called my voicemail rewards added the feature of voicemail to my phone without permission. When I called the 1-800-956-1234 number I spoke with a woman named Carla. She informed me I had to file a complaint with the department via email or regular mail. There is not an actual number I can call to have my account credited. She informed me it would take 1-2 billing cycles for this to happen. I cannot find the email address on the internet of [email protected]. This is the email address she gave me. I will be calling the 1-800 number again on Monday 9-22-08. Any advice would be gladly accepted.
