They toke money from my account two times for the some thing both in one month

I get hoodiawater from this company it was all to 1.00 plus shipping 4.95 so they toke 45.85 the first time. I called them they said that i order more then i did. I sent all of it back to them and today i get a email from my bank that they toke 38.95 more i called them today 8/4/08 and the man that i was talking to was very rude i ask to spoke to a super. And he said that he was the all super. There so i couldn't get anything done
