I sold a car to Thriller Browne. He told me he had the money and to deliver the car. When I delivered it, he indicated he was $500.00 short and would give me the remainder in a few days. I left him the car but not the title. After several phone calls in a month, he will not call me back. He has placed plates on the car and is driving it around. He is trying to cheat me out of $500. Any one using his services for wood refinishing on boats in RI and CT should use cuation in dealing with this individual.
