I work for a sub-contractor who also got ripped off by Capital Pools. I also believe that Greg Luce the owner of Capital Pools knew for several months that he knew his business was sinking, yet he continued collecting money from un-suspecting customers. The guy I work for quit doing any work for his for about 4 -8 weeks prior to Greg "going under" it was a given sign that when he didn't pay subcontractors for jobs done since February that he had no intention of paying.
I also understand that some of the people who worked for Capital Pools are "sucking" up to the homeowners, pretending to be their friend just to try to get more money from them. It's a shame that someone doesn't have the names of all the homeowners so that they could be contacted and warned about the devious intentions of the ex-employees of Capital Pools & Spa's. These people need to be stopped - namely Jerry (Jarrell) Marcum. He not only is sucking up to the homeowners to get more money from them, he is also giving them legal advice. To my knowledge he has no license pertaining to Swimming Pools nor is he an attorney. The guy needs to be locked up.
Is there someone out there that can warn all the homeowners to stay away from everbody who worked for capital pools??
