My husband ordered me flowers for my birthday, the morning of my birthday spent extra money to have them delivered on time and i did not receive them until a day in 1/2 later. When i called the company to complain the 1st person i spoke w / said they would refund the money. Then i called again, the supervisor there did not want to talk w / me said she needed to talk w / the person that placed the ordered when i finally got her to talk w / me she refuses to credit our account back and says they will refund just the extra $4.99 fee. This company does not strive to make customers happy and i do not or will not ever recommend this company to anyone.
