Midwest Center, Good Days, Good Living Labs They said I could use their CD's to help my husband and myself deal with our loss of our daughter at 33 yrs of age to an acute drug combination poisioning

Our Dauhter ordered their "free" cd for us from MIDWEST CENTER FOR STRESS AND ANXIETY, INC., after our other daughter died at age 33 yrs. From an Acute Drug Combination Poisioning, given to her by "professionals". She left a husband and two beautiful little girls with no Mom, and we were all hurting. Her dad was so despondent that he was sleeping almost 24 hrs a day, and not eating but a small amount maybe once a day, and was not able to work, due to the depression.

I got the cd program, and then here comes a plan of "vitamins" called Good Days, feel good be happy, as well. This was not a part of the original plan. I called them and said none of the packages had been opened, and could I please return them, but they said I was past my 30 day free trial. I had called to cancel before the end of the 30 days, but she said I had to keep the shipments. I explained we had NO income, and could not afford these items. They hit my checking acct. For the pills twice for $28.94 each time and sent two packages of them, before I realized it. That was money for my perscriptions from my medicare they took.

I called again and told them I could not take the vitamins because of the ingredients was things I am not allowed to take because of my medical conditions, and perscription drugs. They would not refund the money or let me return them. She said give them to my husband or someone else who could take them. No matter what reason you give them will work, they only want to take money. They said I could send payments of $30.00 per month to pay for the CD's and I again said we have No income. She said just pay as soon as I could, I again said the box was still not opened, and she suggested to me to go ahead and open it and use program 8 for my husband and my depression over our loss of our daughter.

The CD are still in the packages and have not been used, and the pills are still in their packages and I have no desire to try their "helpful" program after all this. My medical conditions are caused to be worse by stress, and they know this.

Now after I have paid two or three payments, and they have cashed my third check two weeks ago, they had already turned my account over to a collection agency. I called them today and she said I now had to pay the collection agency. I asked why They, - Midwest had cashed my check if I was to pay the agency and she said it would go to them. The total they billed me for is $294.86, but now the agency will add interest onto the unpaid ammount.

I wish someone could put a stop to these people who have such little regard for a grieving family and then send pills not ordered and then put more stress on us by sending us to collections. I had tried to return the package and they would not agree to it. Now they are no longer the "helpful " sweet persons at the other end of the phone but a threatening, uncaring, greedy, person who says "well you got to pay so I am ending this conversation now."

Lucinda Bassett, "SHAME ON YOU " for taking advantage of humans who are suffering enough without your company putting all this Stress on us. People like you will pay for your deceitful ways someday! Vengence is mine sayeth the Lord!!!
