Ripoff took my $45 ahead of time & would have gave me $5000 limit consumer rip-off florida

I received a letter in the mail around nov 20 area and i have bad credit and it said for 45 dollars one time fee i will have a 5000.00 limit an dno interest for 1 year. No email i believe the address was in florida maybe orlando? It has been 3 week since i sent it out. Thanks linda k miles
