My daughter Amy Jackson sent me by Wsetern Union $580 the first of the Week and I have yet to gain the money saying the MTCN is wrong.
The form specifically says the number is to be used "when available."
This has happened repeatedly, having been told once that I had mispelled my daughters name!
The only excuse I receive is "this is China." I know where I am
