All Points USA Relocation consumer rip-off fraud

Where do I begin? After reading hundreds of reports I guess I'm lucky becuase I have my stuff. All damaged, but I have it.

A representitive from All-Points named "Omry" quoted me a price of $1,500 to move my goods from MAss to Florida. When he estimated the load I asked "if" the load was a little more than he estimated would it be more than the original price and he said "It doesn't matter if its more because I have another load coming down and I can piggyback it for a total price of $1,500."

I asked him again at the end of our conversation if the total charge would be $1,500 and he said "Yes. Yes. I told you $1,500 not a penny more except for bubble wrap and tape, its $1,500 why do you keep asking me, thats it just $1,500."

They movers showed up and loaded my goods and then proceeded to give me a bill for $4,500. I told them that I was promised a charge of $1,500 and that if it were more then UNLOAD the truck I'll take it myself. They took the truck, my goods and all of the paperwork and drove off!

I talked to Jacob Santos from All Points to try and get my stuff back and he promised it would be $2,500 to get my stuff. Still $1,000 more than promised but they had my stuff so I agreed.

I got to Florida Two days later and my stuff had not arrived and when I called Jacob Santos he said the charge was $4,500. I then talked to David Bene in Florida and he informed me I had to wire him $3,700 to his account or my stuff would be shipped. I told him I never was informed I had to "Wire" money, I had the money and would pay him cash when the shipment arrived. He said he would not send the stuff until I wired the money.

At this point I had been lied to so many times I was afraid of sending any money to this scam company so I called every TV Station, Newspaper, BBB, DOT and every outlet in my reach to tell them my story. With luck, I attrracted trhe interest of the local NBC TV Station in Palm Beach.

6 days later I still had no stuff. But after airing the story David Bene from All-Points contacted me. David Bene agreed to have myself, family, TV Reporter come to All-Points at Pembroke office and pay the money in person. David Bene also agreed to sign an agreement saying he would return $3.00 for every cubic foot the load was short of the 1000cf his mover said it was. (I had several companies estimate it was less than 700cf)

When I arrived with my family and the TV reporter he thre us out of the office, this after he agreed to sign the papers in front of the cameras. After myself, my wife, my kids and the members of the TV station camped out in front of his door telling my story to everyone who would listen.

Edmund the owner sent his office secretary to come out and ask if I would meet with him alone. I agreed and went inside the cameras were thrown out. Edmund signed an agreement he would return $3.00 for every cubic foot under 1025 the load was, I paid him $2,400 cash and signed to give him another $1000 at delivery.

He said the stuff would arrive in 7-10 days. But when he saw his company on TV again in the news he called and promised the stuff was leaving NY that night and would be there in three days.
He smuggly thought it was over but,

6 days later...

My stuff arrived, much of it broke, damaged, packed wrong. 10" tvs in 22" boxes ect...

The delivery, packing, unloading and damage was all caught on TV by the NBC Station! Also a local mover who saw the story on TV was also present to measure the load (Again, I had it measured by someone before All-Points.) And he like the very first estimator said the load was way UNDER 1025cf in fact it was less than 700cf if packed right, but he said a honest company doesn't charge by cubic feet but by weight anmd he guaranteed in writing the move was thousands less than what they tried to charge me.

HIs figure was exactly the amount of another estimate I received months before which was thousands less than All-Points.

Here's a surprise, when I contaced the owner Edmund, he refused to live up to the agreement he signed and hung up on me... That is until he found the delivery, packing and shipment was on TV then he called me back. I hung up on him.

The local police in Pembroke Fla. Told me they come to his office every week with the same problem. I was contacted by the Pembroke police who was looking to give me the name of an FBI agent investigating All-Points.

I intend to use every legal means at my disposal to get my money and make sure every one knows about All-Points.

I also intend to pursue every media outlet I can to get even more than the 5 or 6 reports NBC aired about my situation. I will not stop evedn when Davifd Bene tries to intimidate me with "Osama Ben laden" comments

I ask everyone who has been robbed by All-Points, or those looking to shut them down to act now! The iron is hot and I know many outlets that are now looking into them. CAll All-Points, Call the DOT, BBB, News stations and papers and apply pressure to them.

They told me it would be an additional $3,000
