I ordered free cards for my daughters business. I was only supposed to pay for shipping, less then 10.00. This was on 4/14/08. I did receive the cards but all of a sudden on 5/15/08 14.95 wasd debited off of my card. Then again on 5/17/08,6/14/08, and 6/21/08. I called my bank which they explained procedure. I spoke to Karie on 6/25/08 from Vista Print Rewards. She I am so sorry we don't no how that happened we will refund $'s within 2 business. Days. I also explained it caused a overdraft on my bank acct and i have to fax over copy of my bankstatement (per superv) kathy.
Of course I am going to get a letter from my bank with the info. Qwhen you look on your statement it will have 20 glover as address with different phone #'s. 888-243-6185 (visat rewards) amd also 877-581-0181 essential shopping) and also 800-721-6214. Of course the break down tells you what company. When I asked what I had ordered and where was the merchandise they give you this song it is part of signing up. And we hlep you design cards. No we picked the design and put our own words on the cards. They could not explain while i was on computer what they where telling me was not on the agreement and terms. And of course if i am using my card for a 1 time chrg. How was my info saved in there system. I also explained to them Privacy Act in Michigan. So BE WARE of this company... Yes you can egt your money back. Also my bank told me I may have to cancel my card and receive another one if they don't refund me all my $'s...
