Jodie O'Brien has stolen dog dresses from my company and kept the money by filing a chargeback. She has many other rip off reports against her claiming the same doing. Google my name and you will not find ANYTHING negative except what she posted in retaliation. She has nothing to back up her lies and all of my factual evidence is listed below. BEWARE OF JODIE O'BRIEN, AKA LISA FISHER OF ROCHVILLE NY, AKA JODIE FISHER, also goes by boutique names such as "Seaponies, BarkTique, and now Forever Dogs".

As you can see with her erratic and grammar filled errors, the complete unprofessionalism of her report, etc that she has nothing to back up her claims. I, on the other hand, have plenty and provided detailed references. She keeps lying to try to cover past lies.

Now the rebuttal I have posted on usacomplaints.com that should be posted today:

Please go to www.helpingtheinnocent. Blogspot.com and you will see all of the hard copy documentation showing that Jodie O'Brien is lying about her claim. I have uploaded the documents to the web to prove my innocence in this case and to show everything she is saying is false. I can provide all of the evidence, yet Jodie has none to show. I had to do it there because there is no place on usacomplaints.com to upload documentation.

Ms. O'brien actually purchased two dresses from me, not one. The total amount with shipping was $148.17. Ms. Obrien did not contact me, in which I responded 3 days later. I have those emails below. She contacted on a weekend and we are not open via email service on the weekends. She threatened my employee as well as me. She did rip the tags out herself, emailed the wholesaler, and attempted to say I did this. I have since been in contact with the wholesaler and forwarded her all documentation.

Also, below you will see the USPS tracking number for this item (if it doesn't show up then please contact me via my website and I will send it to you) as confirmation Jodie did receive this item BEFORE she filed a fraudulent chargeback. She ordered the items on 1/21/08 and received them on 1/31/08. She filed a fraudulent chargeback on 2/4/08. She did not win this dispute as shown above. The chargeback company did not receive my dispute via fax and they told me what I coulddo, which was to wait for a good faith investigation or re-charge the order. I re-charged the order and I have now submitted all documentation again as Jodie has tried to claim on the new fraudulent chargeback that she has no knowledge of this transaction.

Jodie O'Brien is lying about stating she filed a police report against me for doing the re-charge to her card. Anything called in to each police department is public knowledge and can be verified. Please contact the Fairfiled, CT police department and ask if a report has been filed, they will tell you "NO". She did contact the police but they told her they would take "notes" because they have to do so with all calls, but nothing criminal had taken place and this is a cival matter.

My police department (the chief of police lives directly across the street from me) in my town of Tarpon Springs, FL said the same when I had an office come out on 4/29/08 and discuss the matter of Jodie O'Brien. He was here for well over 1 hour. The Tarpon Springs police number is 727-938-2849. Jodie's police department number is 203-254-4800. Once again, this is all public record and anyone can all to verify.

Jodie also makes claim that the credit card company took the 2nd charge right off and is filing charges against me. On

It is still in dispute and NO, they did not give her the credit back immediately as she says! Also, they wouldn't be filing criminal charges against me and asking for documentation in the meantime.

Seriously, Jodie O'Brien, AKA Jodie Fisher, aka Seaponies, aka BarkTique, aka Forever Dogs, is grasping at straws. Jodie claims she sent the DRESS (which she purchased two although she totally contradicts herself and posts in her rip off report she only purchased one) back in the original packaging, yet where is the tracking number? Give us proof of delivery. THERE IS NONE because she has NOT sent the dresses back! She has now kept them and tried to get the money back on them. Typical as there are so many other rip off reports against her claiming other fraudulent chargebacks that she has done. If she sent the dresses back she would put the tracking number on her rip off report along with the shipping provider she used so anyone and everyone could verify this. Jodie O'Brien cannot do this because SHE NEVER SENT ANYTHING BACK AND KEPT BOTH DRESSES. Plus, here is the link to usps.com where it states their policies on handling delivered merchandise and merchandise that has been opened.in an email she sent to me this morning 6/14/08 she claims she sent the dresses back in the packaging, after opening them, because she did not want to pay for postage. She did a return to sender and handed the package to a clerk at her local post office. Totally contradictory to usps rules regardign packages that have already been delivered. I will be posting a screen print of that email to the blog so everyone can see it. Here is what USPS says and the link:

The following may not be refused and returned postage-free after delivery:

A. Pieces sent as Registered Mail, insured, Certified Mail, collect on delivery (COD), and return receipt for merchandise.

B. Response mail to the addressee's sales promotion, solicitation, announcement, or other advertisement that was not refused when offered to the addressee.

Now remember she said she opened the package and said tags were cut out. Thus the package was opened. She also says she just gave it back to the clerk at her post office. THEY WOULD NEVER ALLOW IT! Plus she would have to pay the postage and then she would also get a new tracking number!!!

Below is a post I made on a message board we both belong too. She posted completely fictitious statements about what happened (without mentioning my name) however I decided to put myself out on the board as I have many retail friends on there who know me and my good character.in turn from doing that many retailers came forward and said they recognized her name as she has posed as a customer many times to them as well, yet she is on a wholesale board posing as a retailer. Now everyone is leary of being scammed by this woman.

This is what I posted in response to her post:

I am the boutique in question. If you all remember I posted on the msg board back in January about a customer saying a 'retailer' told her I was on a board looking for HK dresses and that I didn't have her sizes in stock. If you remember I was appalled at this that a fellow retailer on this board would do just that and tell a customer somethign like this and it wasn't even for the customer's dresses. Well it turns out Seaponies WAS the customer! Remember how upset I was because she the customer was rude to my employee who's son had JUST died in a car accident that morning and she hand't found out yet! A barrage of emails ensue and she claims I never shipped her the goods, etc, I spent numerous LATE NIGHT hours emailing this crazy woman to calm her down, and I invited her to contact me the next morning, we would do a conference call to USPS and we could track the dresses. She refused. I never heard from her since.

The goods were delivered to her door on 1/31. Here is the tracking number for USPS 0103 8555 7492 3760 0773

Jodie claims in her above rip off reports I sent large dresses weeks later. On 2/4 Seaponies/Jodie O'Brien files a fraudulent claim with her CC company saying 'GOODS WERE NEVER RECEIVED'. Ask her to post the chargeback report, I still have the copy of it with the date on it that says February. So how is it she received the goods AFTER she filed the claim? She didn't. Once again she is lying.

In her below post she said she filed the claim before she FINALLY received the goods. Then she had the audacity to write to Lara at Little Lily and say the tags were cut out of these dresses and send pics! My employee packed these dresses and they were sent in the correct condition. I have yet to even receive these dresses back as Jodie O'Brien states. Ask her to provide the tracking number and proof of delivery to ALL of you who thinks she is telling the truth... My address is 813 Dodecanese Blvd Suite B, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689. The tracking number she will need to provide will have to go to THAT address as that is the only one she has. You can check it online. USPS and UPS and FED EX carries records of their shipments with tracking numbers as well all know, so if Jodie really did ship these back she will have NO PROBLEM giving anyone who asks for the tracking number. Hashe won't do it bec she never shipped them back.

Now I missed the 30 day chargeback rebuttal time, due to them not receiving my fax. I spoke to Jeff in the Chargeback Dept who said I could do a Good Faith Claim or re-charge. I sent off the paperwork to him, with my emails between Jodie and myself, Lara, and the USPS tracking so they have it on file since Jodie again claimed she never received these goods. Since ANYONE who knows me knows my handbag and dog store is together under one roof they know I have credit card processing terminal and on Monday I did the re-charge. Jodie called yesterday CURSING out my employee at the store and refused to speak to me. When I called her back she told me she was going to get me 'taken away' by the police for recharging her card. She hung up. I submitted my email to her as to how I would proceed with things if she tried to refute this charge bec in the original charge she stated 'GOODS NEVER RECEIVED'. She did call the police AND told them she sent the goods back to me! I in turn called my police and both departments said this is a civil matter. Jodie is again lying about anything criminal. She went as far as to say Lara from Little Lily would be pressing criminal charges against me. LOL Anyway, she cursed and shouted and threatened to slander me in ALL of the boards and on wholesalepet.com. And this is what she is doing. If anyone would like me to print off all of her emails, my corresponding emails, and the emails between Lara and myself, as well as the info regarding Little Lily that my business partner has now been in contact with this morning since the harrassment has once again started... As well as the track and confirm documentation that shows I sent, along with the letter the chargeback company sent to me saying SHE NEVER RECEIVED THE GOODS with THE DATE ON THERE showing she is once again lying, please email me and I will fax all documentation as we all know emails forwarded can be doctored to suit the person sendign them.

Not only did she threaten to slander me, but she also made slanderous statements about a sick dog I had, Mango saying I was ripping people off and stealing their money to pocket for myself and I really had no sick dog. This is in two of her emails from yesterday. She said I just let a dog die! I have talked to a lot of people on this board in the last 4 years and you guys know me well enough that I am NOT this way.

Jodie&why don't you send the dresses back to me??? Why are you stealing the dresses? You never sent them back!

Please I urge everyone to use caution against this woman. I have already spoken to Chi place, Donna from the Persian cats, and Angie from the Sunset Kennels. This woman is said to have done $10,500 in fraudulent chargebacks and KEPT the merchandise!!!

I am naming myself bec I know I did NOTHING... I mean nothing wrong. I am not the one who has committed fraud against so many people as she has per the internet. Oh and if anyone questions how do I know that is Jodie on the usacomplaints.com, bec if I give you the tracking number for her shipment, the addresses match up!

I urge you all to email me and send your faxes, I will be more than happy to send over all documentation I have to prove I am not the scammer. Also, you can call the Tarpon Springs, FL police department as it is public record what has taken place and find out absolutely NO criminal charges are being filed. I am a boutique owner and a website owner, I have no time to play around on the internet and write things on forums or such regarding Jodie. I did, however, do my homework and find this info on her in order to include it in my report. Her ramblings above stating I am posting about her are nonsense, and even your friend who tried to show you that on another post has said it isn't me via IP addresses.

Below are her emails and tracking number as well as the admin report of her purchasing the dresses (again she claimed ONLY ONE) and her threats. As you can see when you google her email address or her name and telephone number she is not even working, living off of people and their credit cards, and scamming at all hours of the night. She is constantly googling my name during the midnight hours as I have a program that makes me aware of who searches for me. Also Jodie, learn proper etiquette, punctuation, grammar, and spelling. Your mere ramblings of an insane woman just prove the type of person you are and NOW all of the retailers on wholesalepet.com know about you. I have had feedback from several regarding you and who you try to pass yourself off as. I was leaving well enough alone, but now with your BOGUS report, I have no choice.

Also, Jodie has made a claim that I tried to scam people over a sick dog and let this dog die. You will see in the last email below she wrote and apologized for that (she had originally emailed me this same claim). You can contact the following person who originally had this dog (received her from the rescue group) and battled with me against this rescue group for many months. Her details are:

This dog was at her home for one day receiving treatment because FBRN tried to pull the dog before Bayou City Bulldog Rescue reached her. Unfortunately it was too late and she went into the wrong hands. She is in Mango's myspace under Rhiannon and Ottzdogs.

Shame on you Jodie for re-victimizing a helpless animal that needed so much care and is now deceased!

Jodie O'Brien on the other hand runs an ebay store and passes herself off as a brick and mortar! She has told people she recently closed (June 1st) and is opening up online as FOREVER DOGS. Yet her selling on ebay is 2981 in items. She has lied to many wholesalers about who she really is and about having a brick and mortar so she can carry their lines. She then sells these items on ebay and other auction sites. EMAIL EXCHANGES BETWEEN SHE AND MY COMPANY (oh and she is referring that I didn't respond for 3 days, that is correct, bec we are not open on the weekends). We did respond to her the Monday we opened. True Ignorance at its finest!
