This person advertised goods for sale on ioffer.com. Several people including myself purchased these items, and although Pat Sampson stated they were shipped, no one received anything. I was taken for $140.00 as was at least one other person. Beware of Pat A. Sampson aka "quita" also beware of ioffer they let scammers such as this one take peoples money, and the buyer beware!
