Three months ago I ordered health supplement products from the firm Avmazon. The money for my order was immediately taken from my account. After a month I asked when I could expect my order.
In the beginning they answered my e-mail explaining that the air cargo goes over Ireland and that I have to wait a little longer. At this point they even offered me the possibility either I wait or I get my money back. Because I wanted their products I was waiting.
After two months I lost my patience and I asked them to return the money. After that they do not answer my e-mail anymore.
I do not understand their behavior because they could earn much more money by shipping to me their products instead of taking 320U$ for the order they never realized.
