I visited Chatswood (center) Postoffice nowadays 07-05 right before 12 midday to deliver a package to some company in Nowra.
After I joined the Postoffice (with fresh healthy-out) I pick the line without anybody ready and waited at the indication "Customer Support Stage"
Once The phone "next please" arrived I had been not looked over, therefore a girl out of another street heading and that I was overlooked. I waited for that next accessible support individual, looked over him and was subsequently obviously informed off that I'd to participate another qeue. I suggested that I had been waiting in a proper line in the signpost and was educated they weren't helping that street today!!! As though I am working there also and really should realize that. Obviously I responded angrily and stated that they might not handle me like this of course if they desired no customers there, it required small mind to atleast shut the street and eliminate or change the indication. I switched the indication myself and quit the Postoffice and did my company in the Postoffice in Chatswood West. I actually donot plan to go back to the Chatswood center Postoffice. This mistreatment, the shame, the trouble and ignorance of having ready to become handled like this is a lot of.
Within The 9 years I visited that Postoffice I've just fulfilled pleasant people helping there.
