Well now it's been 13 months since Expedient Moving and Storage subbed out Victory M&S to transport my belongings from NJ to Fl. Only 1/2 of the stuff arrived. I call the person supposedly handling my claim "Charlie" every day and email him as well. He promised to have the check cut, signed and mailed on April 4th. Now it's April 29yh and I still haven't received it. He says he will not email me because my emails to him are sarcastic. I have no phone (it was on the moving van) My budget is very, very tight and all i really want is what they have offered me.
