Signed up for the dating service with an on line check for $13.80 on June 23 for one month.
My complaint is utilization of my initial check information to initiate subsequent renewals without my permission.
On June 29 a second (30 day renewal for $13.80) and a third renewal on November 12 (six month renewal for $39.95) using the initial bank check information referenced in the records as an " E-Check".
These illegal charges were discovered when I received continual e-mail notifications from the site. I decided to check in to check the status of my account and discovered the two automatic upgrades. I have documents to show my inquiry with the company which began on 4/14/08.
I am extremely concerned that my bank information has been saved for automatic retrieval of funds via 'E-Checks".
