Singed up for the Triple Play Package with two year commitment. Should receive discounted rate and have not. Have called three times to resolve problem and still is not resolved. The offer included a free flat screen TV. After four months still have no information on how to redeem TV. Many channels on TV service do not work including HBO which is a premium package. Have had five techs out and problem not resolved. I feel that Verizon is defrauding me.
