Here today, gone tomorrow. I contracted with Timeshares Quick Sale in July paying an upfront fee of $699 for one year of internet advertising. All details of sale would be handled by TQS with seller paying closing costs. They did refer one prospective buyer, but I suspect this may have been a phony referral.
When my maintenance fee was due in January, I paid it because I was beginning to suspect that this company was not what they claimed to be.
I called them numerous times and was assured that it was only a matter of time.
Actually, it turned out that it was only a short time later when their web site disappeared, their phone was disconnected and it was obvious that this had been a scam. This was a lot of money for me to lose, but without a class actiion suit or other legal action, I had been taken.
