You get more bees with honey! Hay-CBCS reps can you say customer sevice!

I decided that I wanted to pay off a bellsouth telephone bill that appreaded on my credit report. So processed to contact CBCS and requires a itemzied bill. However, not only were the staff unhelpful but the the supervisor disconnected our phone conversation. How rude! As a result I am no longer willing to resolve this bill.
