My latest credit card statement listed a charge of $11.89, posted on 2/29/08. I didn't recognize either the charge or the company, so I called the phone number listed on my statement. All this got me was a voice mail message. I did a search on the company via Ask.com, which led to Usa Consumer Complaints.com and ten other complaints against the same entity. I contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint, and am still researching what else I can do legally to go after this "company". I still haven't figured out how my card number was accessed.
