Michael Mann with Web Media Projects is someone I will never do business with again.
I engaged the company to provide software solutions.in the contract we had outlined timetables. I paid a portion in advance. Over 4 weeks, I had several emails that I would have the software beta that week. Of course I never did. When it came to the deadline that was missed, I disputed the paypal charge.
He then contacted me saying that he was terminating the contract and would not be refunding my money (even though it was stated in the contract that non-fulfillment would require a refund in full). I guess I will never see the money, however I want to make people aware that this company took money and did not fulfill their obligation. He stated that he had a few more weeks to deliver the software, however he termed the contract and refused to work with me.
So he gets to keep the money. I will be filing charges with the MS attorny general and local police as I have several peoples information that this may be a pattern with his company
