Sothebys International Realty which also goes under the name of Ryan & Johns Professional Real Estate Services Inc and its president Cissy Johns is scam and a fake. Do not do any business with her. She took 20000 dollars from me. This company is out of Bakersfield, California. I am a developed in southern California and I have been dealing with Cissy Johns out of Bakersfield, California. I paid her 20000 to bring me real estate property in Bakersfield, California. To this date I have not received any satisfactory work or my money that I gave her. Her company overpromises and underdelivers. I suggest anyone in Bakersfield that wants to do any transactions not go to this office. She is highly unprofessional and does not know what she is talking about when it comes to real estate. Cissy Johns is a scam artist and buyer beware when it comes to her.
