I am honestly trying to spread the word as best I can about this scam and rip off that is targeted at Time share owners. My mother was ripped off by Bill Elis and Bob Downey both associated with Time Share Solutions. THey contacted her about shareing her Fairfield time shares and because my father passed away and she is unable to travel was realling needing the money. Now they got over $1000 from her in what they called "title search fees".
Now they are nowhere to be found and all of the contact numbers are no longer in existance. If you call you get a recording saying out of service. The web site has been changed and all emails get no response.
All I want people to know is that you need to file a report with the FTC please. THe more complaints and information that they get the more willing and able they are to do someting about it. Please to to www.FTC.com and file.
We all want justice and to keep these people from scamming and ripping off more innocent people.
