24protectplus mystery company that charges $14.95 at publicinformation.com my credit card only has state

Some how I signed up for this service without relizing it until it was charged to my credit card. I have no idea what they do, they said they give discounts to stores like Ace Hardware. They answer a question with a question. They would not refund my money. A Rip off
