I have had several items from rent a center also my mother has purchased many items from them. My mother paid off her account in full and was told she could could go back anytime, well that wasnt true.
I was in need of a bed im pregant and sleeping on the floor was out of the question so i contacted rentacenter so i could get a bed. They flat out told me as long as i live in my mothers house they will not do bussiness with me mine you i am 29 yes i do live with my parents due to a divorce i have my own income coming in. I told them i have my own account there they said it didnt mater. I told them that it wasnt fare to me they more or less didnt care. Until this day i can call and say i need to get something and they say do you have your own place i say no sorry cant help you. That is discrimination to me and my parents
