I, too, was angered by manager Mike Greene. 18 phone calls and faxes. Then i reported them to the Fairtrade for consumers and Better Businss bureau. I got the report back, which had owners name contacted him and received my refund in 10 days. I spent2 1/2 months with Mr Greene.
