Order never delivered, but my credit card was charged for $101.59 texas nationwide

I placed an order on Feb. 4 for 2 statues and even paid $39.95 for expedited shipping, but I have yet to receive my order. CatholicMax.com has yet to respond to any of my emails, even though they claim to respond
to emails within 24-48 hours after receiving them. My credit card was charged for the amount of $101.59.
