I just found out through my bank that this merchant, Keen has put an unauthorized charged through, and I will say I am handling it. I will not discuss the Psychic name or names I spoke with, as they have sent a rebuttal through, as I have legally been advised to do so. This better be the last time this happens. I wish I had never dealt with this company, and I am sorry I did. I do know this has happened to others, and they did not give them their money back, and that is not good business ethics. And consumers have the right to stress their opinions, especially when companies do this. There are also means of protecting ourselves, when these situations arises.
