Part 4 from friendly ex-employee "cary." one of my favorite things is how insane the staff is. I mean half these people shouldn't be working at mcdonald's let alone in a talent search company. You've got the partyers who party 5 nights a week, the thugs - a bunch of guys you wouldn't want dating your sister, the sluts - nuff said, and those who legitimately have a few skills and want to move up the corporate ladder without having to sleep with Joe or the other v.P. S
Then you've got the oxymoronic 'customer service' where people who failed as salespeople get stuck. Refunds get deducted from everybody in upper management's pay (I overheard someone asking for NET sales because "that's the number I get paid on") so I know they don't really want anyone to get refunded.
Plus, the way they waste money is disgusting. At least twice a week they bring in steaks for lunch, they throw bonus money aroudn like it's going out of style. Seriously, hundreds of dollars in bonuses are given out each day, and that's on top of the ridiculously overpaid salaries some of these 25 year olds are getting. When you see people driving the cars they drive, something's gotta be up.
All the executives have leather in their offices while the rest of us got stuffed in cubicles. And I'm sure they're finding a million ways to swindle money all over the place.
