Ordered boots, paid 99.00, didn't arrive. E-mail address sent from Paypal doesn't exist

I ordered some boots in early January, should have noticed something fishy as there is no address of company on website. Paid 99.00 which was taken from my account by Paypal. (I don't have a Paypal account, so no chance of recovering money from them).

Tried to contact them via the e-mail address sent by Paypal, which doesn't exist. So I am
stumped as to how I can recover my money. Looks like it's goodbye to 99.00.
