We sent a MoneyGram (issued by Albertson' Markets) for $200.00 to help our daughter pay her account. NES claims they cannot 'find' the M/0.
To our dismay, we have misplaced the receipt for the M/O and although Albertson's has tried to help, we have not been able to trace the serial # of the M/0.
Now Verizon has tacked on a $185.00 fee, claiming that daughter has closed her acct. Ahead of time. She actually PAID them that fee also.
We have no idea of how to proceed.
Any suggestions most welcome.
