Giving up hope that tomorrow is a better day. Thanks to Werner, am Homeless, no bank balance and carless. Omaha

I started in Werner in and am still there but am looking to finally get out. Promises made never kept. No wonder people badmouth the company so much. And you can't even do anything about it for after all we are not employees of "Werner" but DMI/Drivers Management Inc. So Werner can never get sued or anything.
Many times I have supposedly recieved a $1200 paycheck in a week or sometimes even $1400, I still would like to know in that case why do I always get a $300-400 or even 500 as a paycheck? Wheres the rest of the money? Taxes cannot be that much. That over 3/4ths of the paycheck is gone and I am left with mere pay just barely enough to surivive on.
Recently I was offered an account with better CPM, and a 2500mile week guarantee. So far I have seen 1960 miles in a week, mostly on back roads, no time to shower, eat or break, run run run, trips are planned by the planners so tight that if it takes 5hours to get 250miles at 50mph, U have from time of pickup to delivery 4.75 hrs to legally make ontime, on back roads, through small towns, hustle and then my paycheck is $350 or $400.
How are we to survive out here? Gas prices are skyhigh, buying a decent car is at least $ rents are expensive, truckstop food is expensive, My dad wonders why I cannot save any money. And I told him, you gotta get money to save money. If one week your paycheck is $650 after taxes, and the next 4 weeks ranges between $20-130 or some weeks you get a 0 check, how are we to survive out here???
And as far as I can tell, if a person is guaranteed 2500 miles per week, one should get 2500 miles per week, and not 1840 or 1960.
Best of luck everyone, time for me to move on! To a company that at least pays a decent check.
