The store refused to refund/exchange/repair defective/unwearable/unworn pair of sunglasses. Ther store manager was EXTREMELY rude, and spoke in demeaning manner in front of other customers and sales people. This merchandise was UNWORN/IN ORIGINAL/BOX / ORIGINAL RECEIPT, less than 60 days. You would think that a reputable store like burberry woiuld have better customer service, but not so. You are better off shopping at department store, where they value your loyalty. Mind you, i had been a regular customer atthis chain before, but this manager made me think twice before I set foot in this store again. Very disappointed...
